Registration and payment
The program includes numerous slots for talks, which will be selected from the abstracts. In addition, there will be a poster session and possibilities for flash presentations. Register early to secure your spot! The meeting capacity is 60 participants.

The two-day meeting is financially supported by the German TS Foundation and its sponsors, which allows for affordable registration fees that also covers catering during the meeting.
The participant fee is
180 EUR for PIs/Profs
140 EUR for Post-Docs &
90 EUR for PhD students

Hotel booking
Reservations must be made by the participants themselves.
We have reserved a contingent for our participants at "The Flag" hotel, which is available until September, 10th, 2026.
The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the conference venue and offers rooms at a price of
115 EUR per night for a business single room
120 EUR for a business double room
(excluding breakfast).
To make a reservation please send an e-mail with the subject "24092026_ABK_Deutsche Tuberöse Stiftung" to [email protected] and let the hotel know your accommodation requirements.
Your booking must then be guaranteed by credit card. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to
7 days before arrival.
